10 000 Hz Legend, the second studio album by French electronic duo AIR, is a mesmerizing and ethereal work of art that transcends the boundaries of traditional electronic music. Released in 2001, the album features a unique blend of experimental sounds, lush orchestration, and dreamy vocals that transport the listener to a world of pure imagination.

From the opening track "Electronic Performers," with its haunting melodies and glitchy beats, to the epic finale "Caramel Prisoner," which builds to a crescendo of swirling synths and soaring strings, 10 000 Hz Legend is a journey through a sonic landscape that is both otherworldly and deeply emotional.

One of the standout tracks on the album is "Radio #1," a hypnotic and melancholic ode to the power of music to connect people across time and space. The track features a sample of a speech by Martin Luther King Jr. and a haunting vocal performance by French singer Charlotte Gainsbourg, which adds an extra layer of poignancy to the already powerful lyrics.
