Review by Jeff Civillico

King Fleming Orch.'s album Love Has Had Its Holiday Did You is a delightful collection of jazz tunes that showcase the band's exceptional musicianship and creativity. From the opening track "Love Has Had Its Holiday" to the closing number "Did You," the album takes listeners on a journey filled with smooth melodies, intricate harmonies, and soulful improvisations.

The album features a mix of original compositions and covers, including the classic jazz standard "My Funny Valentine." King Fleming's piano playing is a standout feature throughout the album, with his nimble fingers dancing across the keys and infusing each track with a sense of joy and playfulness.

The band's use of horns, percussion, and bass create a rich and full-bodied sound that is both sophisticated and accessible. The arrangements are expertly crafted, with each instrument weaving in and out of the mix to create a cohesive and dynamic listening experience.
