The Cave Comes Alive, the fifth album by Australian rock band Lime Spiders, is a thrilling and energetic collection of songs that showcase the band's signature sound and style. Spawned from the same punk axis that gave us the iconic Radio Birdman and The Celibate Rifles. The Cave Comes Alive! is the Lime Spider's debut full length release and it's a very good record of anthemic material. The highlights are "Ignormy", "Just One Solution", "Action Woman" "Space Cadet" and "Rock Star" but the entire LP is enjoyable and places the Lime Spiders in the top tier of Australian alternative rock. Highly recommended.
